Starting the week of June 12th (as well as various dates throughout the Spring,) Comedy Cabana will be offering all ages, family-friendly shows in addition to our regular stand-up comedy shows.

With his high energy, hysterical character  and unique rhythm, Troy Thirdgill is one of the most touring acts working today. Troy has done shows for all different types of crowds such as :cruise ships, colleges, comedy clubs, military bases and huge corporate events. Troy’s is a true entertainer,his show appeals to all and he is a favorite at Comedy Cabana. His show is not squeaky clean but it’s certainly not rude, crude or offensive (it’s PG-16). 

Troy won Entertainer of the Year in 2014 and some of his T.V. appearances include Showtime, Martin,  In living Color, Evening at the Improv, Beverly Hills 90210,  and BET’s Comic View.  Troy also had his own show on UPN called The Working Guy

Skip Clark was born and raised in the Bronx NY now living in Southern California. Growing up and through college, Skip always had jokes with his family and friends.  He was known as the funny man of the group. Skip’s comedy career started in 1995 as a Door Man for the Uptown Comedy Club in Atlanta, GA, shortly after he became a Bodyguard for a high profile comedian for 4 years.  His stand-up comedy career began at the world famous Kansas City Improv Comedy Club, and at  Standford’s Comedy Club in Kansas. Married for the 3rd time and has 9 kids, Skip’s comedy is considered as “a slice of life” as he sees it.
The kid from the Bronx , started out with a jump shot, that landed him at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on a basketball scholarship. He talks about the challenges of life; being married, raising kids, current events and about playing basketball against Michael Jordan in college. Now he has a killer comedy crossover, with his high energy, nonstop laughter that is reaching all audiences across the country.  He has been seen on Roof Top Comedy, Comedy Time TV, Starz TV, and Hulu.

tommy blaze

A veteran of the comedy stage, Tommy Blaze has appeared in every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, hen house, outhouse, and doghouse in the country.

Tommy was series regular on the nightly comedy series The Newz, appeared in the hit show Friends and has starred in the movies Rumpelstiltskin, Me Again, Marriage RetreatViewer Discretion Advised and the award winning God’s Not Dead.  Some of Tommy’s comedy credits include Star Search, MTV 1/2 Hour Comedy Hour, Comic Strip Live and Comedy Central

 His comedy is opinionated, thoughtful, controversial and admittedly one sided. If you are married, single, divorced, parents, gay or lesbian, confused, young, desperate, misguided, lost or easily offended then you need Tommy Blaze to straighten you out!

Pete Lee

Pete Lee might be the nicest person in New York City, but that’s because it’s impossible to sound aggressive with a Wisconsin accent. He made his television debut on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend. His comedy CD “Gasmoney” plays in regular rotation on XM and Sirius Satellite Radio. He is a regular on The Bob and Tom Radio Show. In 2010, Pete began producing and editing his own shows for the Internet which led to getting his own web show on called New York Minute:30.

Pete has just performed on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”  He also was recently selected as a semi-finalist on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing”. His growing popularity placed him 7th out of the top 100 comedians in Comedy Central’s “Stand-up Showdown”. Pete also proved that his humor transcends demographic boundaries by winning Country Music Television’s “Next Big Comic”.  He can also be seen weekly on TruTV’s “Greatest Ever”.

Forget “high energy”– this is frantic! His shows are always a night you won’t soon forget. Dale has had numerous television appearances including, NBC, TBS, “The Very Funny Show,” Last Comic Standing Season Six, Fox, “30 Seconds to Fame” and The Comedy Network in Canada.

He has also been on 2 nationally syndicated radio shows, The Bob & Tom Show and The Bob & Sheri Show. He was one of 8 finalists in The Great Canadian Laugh Off and he was invited to perform at The Boston Comedy Festival as well as the Just For Laughs Festival.

Hughley, Bill Burr, Jim Norton,  Bobby Slayton, Bill Bellamy, and Craig Robinson. You definitely want to catch this guys show; insiders say hes one to watch.

For Mick Lazinski, comedy has always come naturally. He performs like he was born in the spotlight, but his roots are in the small town of Cudahy, a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Growing up with three sisters, Mick learned he had an innate ability to tease. Always the class clown, he saw a lot of the principal’s office, but also learned what it takes to make others laugh. Mick’s unique boy-next-door style makes him appealing to many diverse audiences. His material is refreshingly different and creative. Mick has appeared on “Comedy Central,” “The Late Show,” “Evening at the Improv,” “Showtime,” and “Fox TV” just to name a few. His personable nature and ability to find humor in everyday occurrences makes him a name not to forget.

In a business where to many performers rely on a shtick or the latest political joke du jour to get laughs, Mike Merryfield is refreshingly original. His act never feels fake or forced. By simply being himself, he’s become a comic on the verge of stardom.

Some of Mike’s credits include winner of Comcast’s Trial By Laughter, finalist in the 37th Annual San Francisco Comedy Competition, one of the original Lucky 21 at the HBO Comedy Festival, Sirius XMGotham Comedy Live and three albums on iTunes.
